Forum meetings are held monthly, alternating between full forum meetings and steering group meetings. The full forum meetings are held at Omnibus House, Lesbourne Road, Reigate.

Everyone is welcome to attend to voice an opinion, raise any matters of concern and to discuss any cycling issue. There is invariably a speaker organised to talk on a local cycling issue. The steering group meetings will be for formulating and strategy planning, attended by members of the steering group; basically to initiate action. The steering group will in turn report back at every full forum meeting.
