has permission to use Doynings overspill car park and Priory playground. A lot of interest has been expressed in
the Oxted training. |

Matters Arising from Steering
Group of 4 March Priory Playground - This is
school ground, not a public right of way. BOAT 401 - In this
weeks papers. Surfacing money has
been put aside. Work won’t progress
until after the “cows” season (??), but before the wet season. A best estimate at this seems to be Sept
or Oct. David Hitchcock from
Tandridge is overseeing this. |

National Bike Week Meeting was held prior to the
full forum. Publicity and involvement
are the key areas of focus. Please
check out the website for details of events and if you can help contact Karen

LTP Strategy Group - The purpose of this is to ensure that we are consulted in the
drawing up of the new LTP and to make sure that as a Forum we have a cohesive
policy. Volunteers are once again
sought for a policy forming group. So
far it consists of GH, DH, MO and KH.

Combined Surrey Cycle Group - The aim of this group is to achieve an agreement to work together
on campaigning and development issues to get funding. Volunteers are needed for the chair. Further info will follow shortly. |

Cycle Route Leaflet - This is progressing well.
KH will send out a further email to try and promote a flow of new
rides for the website. |

Mark Strong We had a lively and
informative cycle forum in April. March Strong from xxxx came and spoke to
the forum about how to publicise and raise the profile of cycling |

Twinning Association - The decision was made not to rejoin. |

Reigate to Merstham Community
Route - This is part of the Strategic Route to extend the
Community Cycle Route (Blue signs and White lines). It will be presented at the Local Committee on 19th
April. DH has checked the route and
will continue to be the Forum contact. |

A25 Route Management Study - JM updated the Forum on Mole Valley’s views on this. Dorking to Reigate cycle paths are being considered
a priority by the councils however MVCF feel that Dorking to Westcott and
Ashcombe to Brockham are in far greater need. |

House. This meeting will include a
display and information on the plans for Bike Week. This would be an ideal opportunity for you to come along and
see what our plans are for the week and to volunteer to take part in one (or
more) of the activities. |
